IA few months ago, I had the pleasure of going to the south-west, to discover a little better the Fronton wines. I discovered, during this trip, much more than a wine. Behind each bottle, there is the passion, the work of winegrowers and winegrowers. Each in their own way explained their profession to us, allowing us to understand a little better the development of a wine, from the vine to the blending. The main grape variety of these wines is the Négrette, which is associated with the Syrah, Cabernet Franc or Cabernet Sauvignon. Red and rosé wines have flavors liquorice, violet, black fruit, vanilla, pepper…
As this week is much quieter, I finally take the time to look back on this superb stay spent in good company.
In this article, you will be able to find all the winegrowers and winegrowers who have opened their doors to us or accompanied us for a meal, and allowed us to discover their wines. Yes, there are many! Yes, for 4 days we tasted a lot of wines. But always in moderation, of course.
