Puff pastry tart with tomato, Saint Nectaire and Charroux mustard

I have chosen for you today a beautiful recipe that highlights our delicious Auvergne products that are Saint Nectaire and Charroux mustard. No need to introduce Saint Nectaire, a well-known AOP cheese. Charroux mustard is a little less famous, but just as famous. Handcrafted, it is flavored with Saint Pourçain wine. It is a very tasty mustard, which is greatly appreciated.

I stayed local until the end for this pie. The tomatoes come from a small producer and the puff pastry is made by my baker.
What great products!

I baked this pie for dinner.
It only takes a few minutes of preparation to enjoy.

Puff pastry tart with tomato, Saint Nectaire and Charroux mustard:

1 puff pastry
75 g of Saint-Nectaire
2 to 3 good tomatoes
Charroux mustard
salt pepper

Preheat the oven to 210°C.

Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle and prick it lightly.
Spread with mustard.
Cover with thin slices of cheese and then tomato slices.
Season.

Bake the pie for 20/25 minutes.

Serve hot or warm, with a drizzle of olive oil.

To finish: Saint Nectaire and Charroux are also two beautiful villages that should be visited during a stay in Auvergne.
