Baking cookies is definitely the best way to make a dull day of vacation enjoyable. These peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies will brighten up your afternoon tea.
This is the easiest cookie recipe I know. It will only take you a few minutes to prepare them. In addition, they require very few ingredients. In fact, they consist mainly of peanut butter. You don’t even need to add flour. We mix all the ingredients, we put in balls and go to the oven. Seriously, it will take you just over 15 minutes to feast on these delicious cookies.
I love them! I find their texture perfect. They also keep very well for a few days… Well, if you haven’t already devoured them all.
200g peanut butter
80g brown sugar
1 egg
1 level tsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla syrup
100g chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
In the bowl of the robot, put the peanut butter and the sugar and beat it.
Add the egg while continuing to beat.
Add yeast and syrup. Beat until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Add the chocolate chips and mix.
Make 12 balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
Cook for 9/10 minutes.
Allow the cookies to cool before removing them as they will harden as they cool.
To finish: it is possible to make half chocolate chips, half roasted peanuts.
Choose a good, unsweetened peanut butter.
I used vanilla syrup. You can take the extract too.
