I absolutely love this recipe! Ever since I saw it on TV, presented by Grégory Cohen, I always have a camembert in my fridge to satisfy my melting cheese cravings. It’s terribly greedy.
The oven-roasted Camembert is topped with pecans, cranberries and a drizzle of maple syrup that I like to eat. Other toppings are possible. We could choose other nuts, other dried fruits, add spices or a dash of honey…
I advise you to plan a camembert for two. With fresh bread or a few slices of toast, it will be a complete meal.
You can also serve it with cheese. There, count a camembert for 4 people.
Oven-roasted camembert, dried fruits and maple syrup:
1 pie chart
1 clove of garlic
1 drizzle of maple syrup
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Remove the camembert from the paper.
Cut off the top, then hollow it out slightly.
Put it in a small container.
Garnish with roughly chopped pecans, cranberries, grated garlic and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Put the removed Camembert back on the filling.
Put the top back, notched.
Cook for about 15 minutes.
The Camembert must be very melting.
To finish: the choice of camembert is of course important.
If you don’t have a suitable small dish, you can leave it in its wooden box and put aluminum foil around it to prevent leaks.
