Cream cheese pancakes and wild blackberries

I like to take a short walk to pick delicious blackberries. With a cottage cheese and honey it is in my opinion the perfect dessert and they make up most of my lunches at the moment.
They are also ideal for breakfast. Smoothie or jam, whatever you prefer.

They also find their place in fluffy cream cheese pancakes.
Just add a few blackberries when cooking which will quietly confit.

For more pleasure and indulgence, we add fresh ones to the plateā€¦ Without forgetting, of course, a good quantity of maple syrup.

Cream cheese pancakes and wild blackberries:

500ml milk
300g flour
1 heaped tsp baking powder
50g sugar
90g Philadelphia
1 egg
15g butter
1 tbsp vanilla extract
wild blackberries
Maple syrup

Mix flour, baking powder and sugar.
Dig a hole.
Mix the Philadelphia and the egg and add it to the center of the flour.
Mix with a whisk while adding the milk gradually.

Melt the butter and add it to the batter, along with the vanilla extract.
To mix together.

Grease a pancake pan and place it over medium heat.
Pour a little batter into each cavity then arrange the blackberries and add a little batter.

Cook over medium heat, turning gently halfway through cooking.

Eat hot pancakes with fresh blackberries and maple syrup.

To finish: the dough can be prepared the day before without any problem.

The pancake pan is not essential but still highly recommended. Without, the pancakes always spread during cooking. As a result, we do not find the thickness and the softness that we appreciate.
