Chinese fried noodles with pork and vegetables

For a one-to-one meal with my daughter, I had prepared a dish that we both love, stir-fried Chinese noodles. It is a dish that is always very pleasant to taste.
I like to serve the noodles in pretty bowls and then eat them around the coffee table. We chat about things and others. We enjoy. We are benefitting.

Chilli and ginger flavor these noodles and bring flavor and heat. Pork, carrots and shiitake are sautéed quickly in the wok and mingle with the noodles. It’s not more complicated than that. A drizzle of grilled sesame oil and a little fresh coriander to finish and we can sit down to eat.

Chinese fried noodles with pork and vegetables

200 g Chinese noodles
1 small tenderloin
1 onion
200g fresh shiitake
3 carrots
5cm fresh ginger
1 small chilli (according to your taste)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 drizzle of toasted sesame oil

Prepare all the ingredients.
Cut the filet mignon into thin strips.
Cut the onion and carrots into thin slices.
Wipe and cut the mushrooms.
Grate the ginger and finely chop the chilli.

Cook noodles according to package directions.
To book.

Put a little sunflower oil in the very hot wok and brown the meat over high heat.
When it begins to brown, remove it from the wok. To book.
Add a little oil and brown the onions, still over high heat.
After 2 minutes, add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes over high heat.
Add carrots, ginger and chilli.
Leave to cook for another 2 minutes, then add the soy sauce, noodles and meat.
Mix well and let everything warm up.

Add a drizzle of sesame oil and coriander according to your taste.

Serve immediately.

To finish: with these proportions, you will have 4 to 5 beautiful plates.

For perfumes, you can really adapt according to your tastes. We like it spicy and we love fresh cilantro.
You can also use chicken fillets instead of pork.

Fresh shiitakes are really delicious. If you can’t find any, they can possibly be replaced by button mushrooms.

To cut the carrots, I use my julienne peeler.
