Carambar® syrup

Sweets are not part of my everyday purchases. Already, they are not good for the teeth nor for the hips, but above all, nobody eats them at my place. They always pile up in the back of my cupboards and often end badly.
There are all the same sweets for which I reserve a very different fate. These always end up in desserts, just because I love their unique and incomparable taste… These are the Carambar®.

For some time now, the idea of a syrup of Carambar really tempted me. There is no shortage of ideas for using this syrup.
My children simply lay it down with water to quench their thirst pleasantly.

It will also be a great gift idea to slip into your gourmet baskets. Success guaranteed!
