Hello March!

Do you see the first signs of spring coming? But yes, that’s it, wild garlic is here! I have already made my first picking.
The return of the sun, wild garlic, the first meals in the garden… I am overjoyed.

On the other hand, fruit side it is not yet the burst. We will have to wait until next month to be able to start feasting on French strawberries. But it’s worth the wait.
In the meantime, I console myself with frozen red fruits.

This month, I really have to decide to prepare something with kiwi. I really realize that I don’t use enough of it.

Well, you have understood, in March, I am fully into bear’s garlic. I admit, I slip a little into all my dishes. If you don’t know this wonderful wild plant very well, I invite you to visit here.
